Privacy Policy — Chat for Suno Live Radio

Chat for Suno Live Radio is a browser extension that adds a chat panel to Suno's Live Radio pages (suno.com/labs/live-radio and suno.com/radio). It also lets you turn your own Suno playlist into a radio station other users can tune into, browse and chat in stations hosted by other users, and submit songs to a station's rotation. This policy explains exactly what data each of those features touches and where it goes.

Suno's own chat room ("Chat Radio")

The extension reads chat messages and vote/reaction events for Suno's main Live Radio room from Suno's own chat feed, delivered over Suno's existing WebSocket connection. When you send a message in this room, it is transmitted directly from your browser to Suno's chat backend (Ably), using your own active Suno session — the same request Suno's own chat interface would make. The developer does not operate any server that receives, logs, or has access to this traffic, and no message content, username, or session token from this room is ever sent to the developer.

Custom radio stations (creator-radio.com)

When you host your own station, tune into another user's station, or chat in a room other than the main "Chat Radio" room, the extension talks to creator-radio.com, a service operated by the developer. In that context:

• Chat messages you send in a custom station's room are transmitted to and stored by creator-radio.com so the room can display them to other listeners in that station.
• A self-generated identifier and your chosen Suno handle are registered with creator-radio.com the first time you send a message or interact with a station, so your messages and actions can be attributed to you within that room. This identifier is not derived from, and is not linked back to, your Suno account credentials.
• Playlist and track data — song titles, artists, audio links, and durations — is sent to creator-radio.com when you turn a playlist into a station or submit a song to someone else's station, so the station can build and run its rotation.
• Station actions, such as voting to skip the current track, are sent to creator-radio.com to operate that station's playback.

None of this applies to the main "Chat Radio" room described above, which never involves creator-radio.com.

What is stored locally

The extension stores the following in your browser's own localStorage, on your device:

• Your most recent ~200 chat messages from a room, so the panel can restore its state after a page reload
• Your personal list of blocked usernames (a client-side filter — it only hides messages from your own view and has no effect on what other users see)
• Your display preference for vote notifications and low-spec/background settings
• Your self-generated creator-radio.com identifier and handle (see above) — this pair is also known to creator-radio.com, since it's what the server uses to recognize you between visits

Everything in this list stays on your device except the identifier/handle pair, which is registered with creator-radio.com as described above. None of it is synced anywhere else, sold, or made accessible to anyone besides you and, for the identifier/handle pair, creator-radio.com. Uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser's site data removes the local copy.

What the extension does not do

• Does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs
• Does not sell, share, or transfer your data to any party other than creator-radio.com, for the purposes described above
• Does not collect data unrelated to displaying and sending Suno Live Radio chat messages or running the custom radio station features described above
• Does not use your data for advertising, profiling, or creditworthiness/lending purposes
• Does not access or transmit your Suno session token, password, or account credentials

Public chat and station data

Suno's Live Radio chat, and any custom station's chat room, are public spaces: any username and message visible in a room is already broadcast to everyone listening in that room. This extension does not expose any information beyond what a user already made visible by participating in a room they joined.
